If you have had the chance to work with Julie, you know that she stands out for her dedication, creativity, proactivity, ability to innovate, and excellence in project management. Thanks to these outstanding qualities, she has played a key role in the growth of the Centre Mieux-Être across our four locations, and her leadership is truly remarkable. She has also distinguished herself by supporting the two co-owners in their ambitious dreams and projects with unwavering dedication, energy, and passion.

As Executive Director of Marketing and Development, she is responsible for defining and leading marketing strategies for all locations, developing new business opportunities, and fostering the organization's long-term growth.

​

Julie comes from a background in community intervention and obtained her diploma in Rehabilitation Techniques and Criminal Justice from La Cité Collégiale in 2015. She has worked in intervention with youth experiencing various mental health challenges and those on the autism spectrum. Through her previous roles, Julie has developed and applied skills in case management and crisis intervention, which have become essential to the Centre, particularly in her role of collaborating with professionals, partners, and the community.

Julie also delivers conferences and presentations in schools and workplaces on topics such as resilience and overall well-being improvement.

​

Versatile and deeply committed, she is the go-to person at the Centre and one of the co-owners' right-hand team members. In addition to her role as Executive Director of Marketing and Development, she also serves as a Project Coordinator at the Centre. Her leadership is rooted in her passion for community, her ability to mobilize people, and her drive to make a real difference. Her involvement in volunteer work and humanitarian trips has shaped her deep respect for others.

Julie’s community involvement is a fundamental value that aligns perfectly with the Centre’s mission. This is why she actively participates in several committees, representing the Centre in various projects:
✔ Planet Youth Chaleur Committee
✔ Administrative Board of the Chaleur Multicultural Association (since 2022)
✔ Organizing Committee for the Soirée for EL2ES – EL2ES Organization
✔ Phare dans la Nuit Committee

In summary, Julie is an essential pillar of the Centre Mieux-Être, without whom operations simply wouldn’t be the same. It’s hard to know when she finds time to breathe, but she loves every second of her work, and you will always see her with a smile on her face.
