Somatic approaches aim to increase body awareness in connection with well-being. The term soma comes from Greek and means body. As such, somatic approaches include a range of experiential methods designed to help individuals reconnect with their bodily awareness to enhance overall well-being.

Services

This service includes, among other things, awareness of breathing, body sensations, and thoughts through guided visualization and movement. This approach is based on the principle that challenges experienced on different levels—social, biological, psychological, and spiritual—can become embedded in the body, potentially preventing a harmonious connection between mind and body.

With this in mind, the intention of the somatic approach is to guide you through experiences of mind-body connection, helping to interrupt the cycle of stress responses.
